    Lisa does an excellent job personalising PT sessions for your individual needs. She takes into consideration your goals, lifestyle, and other fitness regimes you may already have on the go and then structures a plan with all of that in mind. Lisa encourages you during sessions and pushes you to go the little extra without over working you. She informs of the muscle groups being worked and you will definitely work up a sweat. Lisa also helps with nutrition goals (as required). She is friendly and checks on your progress weekly. This keeps you accountable which helped me! I can confidently say she gets results! I highly recommend Lisa for any and all of your fitness goals/needs!
